Cherry blossom
3 cl Kirsch
3 cl Strawberry liqueur
2 cl fresh lemon juice
1,5 cl Grenadinesirup
1 dash orange blossom water (to find in the bakery section)
mix everything in a shaker. Add icecubes and shake well. Fill in a cooled glass.
Decoration: cherry blossoms, sugar for the glass edge
Lemonbalm Julep
6 cl Donven’s Whisky Single Malt / or
6 cl Diedenacker Gin Classic
1 ts sugar cane sirup
15 leaves of lemonbalm
3 dashes Bitter (lemon)
mix everything in a glass. Crush gently the lemonbalm and take it out of the glass. Fill with crushed ice.
Decoration: lemonbalm
Roud emol anescht
3 cl Diedenacker Liqueur de Fraise
5 cl Diedenacker Eau-de-Vie de Framboise
10 cl Lët’z Citron
Topping Crémant
mix some rhubarb with strawberry and with sugar cane sirup in a glas, mix citrus lemonade liquor and eau-de-vie in a shaker pour it into the glas.
Decoration: cotton candy and lime.
Mirabelle Delight
5cl Gëlle Fra L’extraordinaire Mirabelle
1,5 cl Limejuice
1 cl Sugar Cane Sirup
2 ts Mirabelle Jam
10 cl Diedenacker Farmers Corner Cider
Pour everything, except the Cider in a glas and mix it. Fill with Cider.
Decoration lime and dryed orange slices.
